All of the goods on this website are offered by ADEN Beauty Distribution Ltd., which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.

 

Application of the terms and conditions

An order placed by the Customer implies they accept all the present terms and conditions.

Our general offers are intended for costumers with a delivery address in European Union. Price of products

Prices are in Euros inclusive of VAT.
All prices indicated are EUR amounts and include the legally prescribed value added tax, when the Customer selects a product.

Only verified EU VAT number holders can purchase at net prices without VAT amount.

Traders outside the European Union can register as a Trade at our website with the Certificate of Registry issued by the given country's tax authority.
The certificate should include the name, address and tax number of the trader.

Our eStore reserves the right to change its prices at any time but products are invoiced at the price indicated at the time the order is registered.

For information, we indicate our bank’s daily foreign currency sell rate in GBP and USD but the counter-value of the transaction will always be debited in EUR.

Please be aware that - due to the varying exchange rates - the actual price for your purchase on your bankcard statement can be slightly higher or lower then stated in the order value.

All customers who have already made a purchase at our eStore can choose a password which will allow them to place subsequent orders without having to complete the required information forms again.
The Customer who has already subscribed is recognised on the site as being a customer at our eStore.
The eStore customer's password is strictly confidential and personal.
It must never be disclosed to a third party.
In the event the eStore customer has lost or has forgotten his/her password, he/she should contact our eStore customer service at this address office@adencosmetics.com and a new password will be issued within 48 hours to replace the previous one.
In order to facilitate the identification of the Customer by provision of both the e-mail address and password, the Customer expressly authorises our eStore to place a "Cookie" on the customer's computer with the sole purpose of facilitating the above-mentioned identification.

 

Delivery information

Standard Delivery with UPS concerning the European Union
 

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order and will be delivered by UPS within 3 working days. Delivery times are valid for any order registered on our website before 1:00 p.m. (CET) For orders placed after 1:00 p.m., please add an extra working day to your delivery time.

Order will be dispatched same day if ordered before 1:00 p.m. (CET) weekdays. Orders made after  1:00 p.m. Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

For orders over 300 EUR (reached at list prices), please add an extra working day to your delivery time!

Delivery will be completed in a maximum of 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date your parcel was despatched, not withstanding a natural disaster or unforeseen event outside of the control of our eStore, which would delay delivery.

Orders shipped within the European Union will not be subject to any additionally duties and taxes upon entering the country.

Every country has different laws and regulations, depending on where the customers are located, they may need to pay import duties and local taxes. Our eStore prices do NOT include country specific custom taxes, duties, associated with the delivery of your package. These fees must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays, sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.

 

Return policy, Money-back guarantee

All items purchased at our eStore may be returned – and must be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition- to the following addresses  within 8 working days after receipt and without indication of any reasons. The cooling off period, during which the customer can  utilise their right of withdrawal is 8 working days from the date the item(s) are received. This time period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. In any case, the return will be at customer’s expense and risk. Please note that the returned goods must be in original condition  and must have their original label. If the goods have deteriorated due to any kind of use, we reserve the right to refuse compensation. After receiving the return, eStore will refund the order amount without shipping cost to customer’s bank account within 5 working days.

Refund does not apply to the shipping costs and the costs of returning the products. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Processing orders which were unable to be delivered by our transport partner

These are consignments which have not been delivered to the final destination for the following reasons:

  • Consignments returned to www.adencosmetics.com by the transporter with the following remark: Undeliverable.

  • Consignments which have not been claimed by the customer within the time limit imposed by UPS.

  • The consignment has been refused during delivery attempt.

Once we have received and accepted the undelivered consignment, www.adencosmetics.com  will refund the order amount without shipping cost to customer’s bank account within 5 working days.


Responsibility

 

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to check all sizes, volumes, shades and colours before purchasing. Colours represented on your monitor may differ from reality.

For all stages - from access to the site, browsing, filling in forms, placing an order, delivering items or any other service, our eStore only has a reasonable endeavours obligation. our eStore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the Internet outside the diligence and precautions taken by our eStore. In particular, our eStore cannot be held responsible for any disruption of service or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus. Stock Availability


If you order goods, which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. In the event your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

About security

SSL is an abbreviation for an accepted encryption method called Secure Sockets Layer. This Bank has a 128-bit encryption key to protect the communication channel. Payment steps

1.       On the page of the eStore you select the goods, for which you intend to pay with your bank card.

2.       Following that you’re redirected to the webpage of CIB Bank guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to begin the payment.

3.       Following this, you’re redirected to CIB Bank’s page guaranteeing secure payment, where you have to enter your card data to start the payment process.

4.       Following the payment, you’re directed back to the Store page, where you receive a confirmation about the result of the payment.

 

In the case of bankcard payments, following the successful transaction – this means the approval after the expiry date of the bank card and the coverage are controlled – CIB Bank debits the account of the Card Holder with the countervalue of the goods/services.

If you’re not directed back from the payment page to the Store’s website, the transaction qualifies as unsuccessful. If you click on the „Back” of „Refresh” buttons of the browser on the bank’s payment page, or close the browser window before you could be redirected to the store, the payment will qualify as unsuccessful.

The client validates their order as noted below. This validation means you accept the present Terms and Conditions.
The client interested by an article visible on our eStore follows this process to place their order. After clicking on "Confirm" button and after checking the characteristics of their order (colour, amount, price, etc…), the client validates the choice of one or more selected products with a click.
For their first order, the client has a form to fill out containing the following information : first name, surname, complete delivery address, email and telephone number. The client creates their password at this time (not mandatory).
After validating their payment method, the client irrevocably validates their order with the following consequences:

The client confirms their billing and delivery address, the products, and the total price. He or she provides the number of the bank card with the expiry date and CCV code.
He or she irrevocably validates the order by clicking on the button « Confirm».

With PayPal your financial information is never communicated to our eStore. PayPal encrypts and protects your card number once and for all. Pay online by simply indicating your PayPal email address and password.

 

Payment Default
Our eStore reserves the right to refuse to carry out a delivery or to honour an order placed by a consumer that has not totally or partially paid a preceding order or with whom a payment dispute is being handled.
